Flexible Configurations
In a standard configuration, the Vortek system attaches directly to the roof steel and plugs into Vortek wireways. If the project requires open bar joist roof steel, an additional Vortek installation backbone is required and easily attaches with clips to the structural steel.
Vortek also supplies an optional adapter to attach Vortek hoists in parallel configurations under structural roof steel.
The Project Central section of the website provides access to over 70 AutoCAD drawings to assist theatre consultants, architects and engineers when designing the automated rigging solution for any application.
