The affordable Vortek M Series controller provides a perfect fit between the Vortek Pro Series and the Vortek S Series controllers. It is capable of operating multiple line sets, including heavy loads and fast-moving battens, with control accuracy to allow for repeatable targets. The preset recalling capability allows small rigging cues to run in a performance situation or daily operations.
The M Series controller is a free-standing controller designed as an affordable mid-sized option to control most Vortek hoists. Housed in a rugged steel casing, the controller features a touch screen to allow for easy navigation and set up of movements.The buttons must be pressed and held by the operator for movement to take place.
The controller allows for direct position control to create, save and modify presets such as hoist speed, acceleration, deceleration and target. All hoist movements are initiated with the pushbutton, the screen will display the current position and target position for each hoist. In the event of an emergency, there is a centrally located E-Stop button on the face of the controller.
